Moxie "Chair-ity" Event
McKenna's Rae of Hope Foundation is hosting a unique
opportunity for community leaders and members to proudly support mental health
awareness! This is your invitation to join us for our “Chair-ity” event.
These chairs will
signify the support that everyone has when it comes to mental health
disorders and the need for collaborative support for others in their times
of need. Our hope is that you will proudly display these chairs in your organization
or home and they announce to your customers or guests that this is a safe space
for refuge from the worries of today’s world, that you support mental health
awareness, and that you have joined McKenna’s Rae of Hope Foundation in our
mission to “prevent suicide by fostering awareness, resilience, and social change.”
During this time, we
cannot emphasize enough the need for support during these challenging times. Our
foundation is committed to the fight to the stigma associated with mental
health disorders and to work to build resilience in our youth to prevent suicide
in the future.
We invite you to
take a look at the chairs that local artists have helped create and bid on one
that you feel talks to your soul and supports what you hope to tell others that
visit your organization or home.
