MROH Foundation Mental Health Field Scholarship:
1 - $1000
Eligibility:
Mental Health Field in College, Graduating high school senior or college student (undergraduate or master’s) majoring in Mental Health Field, Nebraska resident & citizen of the US
Selection Criteria:
Exemplifies what it is to be a “Rae of HOPE” (H)elping, O)ther, P)eople, E)very day), Submit essay on “Explain What Type of Mental Health Field You are Going Into & Why You Want to Go Into that Field”
Nominate a Student
MROH Foundation Character Scholarship Nomination:
4 - $1000 & 1 - $2500 (McKenna Rae Memorial Scholarship), 1 student will be awarded the Memorial Scholarship, the Memorial Scholarship is given to the student (from the Kearney Area) that best meets the eligibility & is decided upon by the scholarship committee, the same application is used for all of the character scholarships
Eligibility:
Students do NOT apply but must be NOMINATED by 2 individuals (Nominator & Endorser) who both write letters, Graduating high school senior & entering their first year of college, NE resident & citizen of the US
Selection Criteria:
Exemplifies what it is to be a “Rae of HOPE” (H)elping, O)ther, P)eople, E)very day), Letters by the Nominator & Endorser detailing how this student displays the characteristics of HOPE
Nominate a Student
MROH Community Character Recognition Nomination:
$200 quarterly award - a scholarship committee will review all applicants and award will be presented based on a scaling system.
Eligibility:
Cannot be employed or a family member of an employee at NebraskaLand National Bank or a member of McKenna's Rae of Hope Foundation Board.
Selection Criteria:
A committee will select the winner based on the qualities that exemplify the qualities of a “Rae of HOPE” (H)elping, O)ther, P)eople, E)very day).
